# The E-com and tracking domain

This domain captures customer interactions on your e-com website and connects them to the customer profile in Engage.

* **Web activity tracking** records on-site behavior such as product views and cart activity
* **Onsite messaging** allows targeted messages and campaigns to be displayed directly within the e-commerce experience
* **Back in stock** enables customers to subscribe to stock updates for a specific product and triggers notifications when items are restocked
