Introduction to rewards and vouchers

Voyado has the functionality to handle rewards and vouchers. A rewards model is configured separately in your Voyado installation.

Individuals can earn reward points for purchases or other events. The reward points log is stored on the contact and can be accessed via the lookup methods available for the contact endpoint.

Vouchers are part of the Promotions module. Administrators can generate vouchers based on the Client configuration. If a contact fulfills the requirements one or several vouchers will be made available for the contact.


In the API and FTP folders, rewards are still referred to as bonus.
