API rate limit
In order to maintain a high quality of service throughout the system, Voyado recommends that you keep the frequency of your requests to the Voyado Engage API below 50 per second under normal operation.
If you exceed the rate limit of 200 requests per second, the API will return a HTTP-status code 429 Too Many Requests.
Caution
Going above the API limit recommendations for more than a few seconds can cause degradation in Voyado's services.
Note that rate limits are measured per API key and not per tenant.
