Store location data

Support for longitude and latitude added to Engage stores, including API support, validation, admin Ul, and import/export flows. This lays the foundation for future location-based services.

Value split in product purchases

Value Split for product purchases has additional attributes: brand, main category, product category, subcategory, and size, enabling more precise automations and segmentation.

Receipt deletion

Added the ability to delete receipts (transactions ) via contact card and API, including reason capture and audit logging for traceability. Deleting a receipt will not remove any points or checkpoints that were previously created based on that transaction.

New developer documentation portal launched for current API version and other integration information. Legacy v2 docs (for now) are hosted separately here and partner integrations now have their own portal.

Three new BI exports added for users of Design Studio: Email, Sendout, Marketing Group.

Transaction XML change

Transaction XML import now supports the parameter usedRewardVouchers as well as usedBonusChecks making it consistent with the API.

Integration logging

The logging for when an article is created due to missing SKUs was lowered from “warning” to “info” in the integration log.

Moved Double Opt-In article to Help Center and expanded it.

Delete in Delta Share

A _change_type value for Delta Share named “delete” was added. A delete record will now be generated for any row where the import_date_time is older than 30 days. This serves as a technical log entry indicating that the row will be removed.

All Config Hub articles were moved to the Engage Help Center.

Embedded order action added

Embedded order action added for creating or updating orders.

Non-functional requirements article

Added an article outlining the non-functional requirements for integrations.

Replaced the back-end and front-end packages lists (which were static pages) with a link to a dynamically generated list.

Testfreaks changes name to Trustvoice and docs were updated to reflect this.

Cow Hills changes name to Orisha Commerce and docs were updated to reflect this.
