The Contacts domain forms the foundation of Voyado Engage, as every interaction, event, and piece of customer data is anchored to an individual contact profile.

The Loyalty domain is the part of Voyado Engage that turn customer data and behavior into meaningful incentives, forming the core of retention and repeat purchase strategies.

The Campaigns domain of Voyado Engage activates customer data through structured, targeted, and personalized communication across email, SMS, and other channels, and turns customer insight into executable messaging capabilities.

The E-com and tracking domain captures customer behaviour and interactions across digital touchpoints on your e-commerce and connects them to the customer profile in Engage. It includes Web activity tracking, Onsite messaging and Back in stock notifications.

Personalization and recommendations

When you connect Voyado Engage with Voyado Elevate, using the Elevate integration, a completely new set of capabilities is unlocked. We call them Connected capabilities and they can be used both onsite and in outbound communication. Features include Connected recommendations, Audience-driven personalization, and Enhanced merchandising capabilities.
